WARRANTY & GUARANTEES

We warrant that product(s) meet their descriptions or specifications, subject to use, storage and application thereof in accordance with and based on our standard tolerances, instructions of use and recommendations.

WHAT IS COVERED?

Mosphera has a limited warranty for natural person customers that covers any defects for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months after the purchase for the (suspension, frame, throttle, breaks) and electric parts (display, controller, motor charger) against manufacturing defects on a replacement basis, and a 12 (twelve) months or 2000 (two thousand) km warranty for the battery under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.

Mosphera has a limited warranty for legal person customers that covers any defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months after the purchase for the (suspension, frame, throttle, breaks) and electric parts (display, controller, motor charger) against manufacturing defects on a replacement basis, and a 12 (twelve) months or 2000 (two thousand) km warranty for the battery under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

No warranty is made with respect to product(s) which have been subject to accident, negligence, modification or alteration, improper care, improper storage, theft, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, transportation damage, improper maintenance, abuse or misuse, transport damage or general wear and tear of the product like peeling of paint, scratches, fading of colour, or any other cause not arising from defects in material or workmanship.

All wearing parts, small parts and screws are excluded from this warranty.

In cases where failure is due to wear and tear or lack of maintenance we do offer repair & servicing in additional cost.

Unless otherwise restricted by mandatory applicable law, the warranty set forth herein is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any and all warranties of merchantability, quality and fitness for use and for purpose, any advice and recommendation and any obligations or liabilities which may be imputed to us, any and all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed, denied and excluded.

You expressly agree that no warranty that is not specifically stated in this agreement will be claimed or otherwise adhered by you and/or by anyone acting on your behalf and/or by anyone deriving the legality of its claim from you, nor that will any such warranty be valid.

Please do not dispose of the packaging contents immediately.

All warranty claims must be supported by a proof of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser of the product.

The product(s) warranty is non-transferrable.

WARRANTY MAINTEANCE SERVICE

We shall repair defects and damages to the best of our ability within the term stated in the relevant agreement. The defects shall be repaired at a location to be determined by us.

We shall be entitled to charge its customary commercial rates and the repair costs if the defects in the product(s) have been caused by errors in using and/or the injudicious use by other causes for which we are not responsible.

EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY

Exchanges requested are only processed upon receipt of returned product(s) and are based on stock availability at that time.

We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

HOW TO CLAIM A WARRANTY

If for any reason the product(s) are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival or you would like to submit a request to claim the warranty, please contact us by email at warranty@globalwolfmotors.com

Please provide your full name, order #, phone number, and reasons for the return.

You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue.

Upon completion, a confirmation e-mail will be generated.

We will usually process product(s) warranty claims due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 5 (five) business days of the day we have sent you a confirmation e-mail.

If warranty claim is approved you will receive further instructions on returning the package.

Once product(s) is delivered to our workshop, it will take approximately 14 (four-teen) days to process.

Product(s) exchanges and replacements are going to be shipped out only after we have received the defective product(s) back at our facility.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the return transit.

You must ensure that product(s) are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit

You will be liable for all inward and outbound delivery charges regarding this warranty.

We will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim is in compliance with all terms of this warranty statement and you follow proper return procedure.
